Correction to Your Recent Utility Bill

Dear Valued Customer, 

Billing Notice: Duplicate Statements Issued

We recently experienced a billing error within our utility billing system that resulted in two statements being sent to some customers.

Please note:

  • The statement showing the lower balance is the correct bill.
  • The statement reflecting the higher amount was sent in error and can be disregarded.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and any confusion this may have caused. Our team has corrected the issue and is working to ensure this does not happen again.
